bathroom opposite bedrooms2-4 with single basin, WC and

shower over bath. Has a outside door opening out to
pool.
Kitchen:
Cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator
with freezer
and ice
maker, breakfast bar and kitchen table.
Utility Room:
Washing machine, dryer,
ironing board and iron. Additional microwave.
Living Rooms:
The large
formal lounge/dining room has 2 leather sofas and coffee
tables
the formal dining table seats 6.
The
Kitchen den area features a 3seater sofa plus 2 leather
recliners, tv
dvd
player, ipod player.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Hand,
bathroom and pool towels are provided. Fresh towels and
linen
are
provided at the beginning of each rental. The villa is
stringently
cleaned
after each rental; additional cleans during long term
lets can
be arranged.
Notes
on accommodation
Our house
is ideal for children and elderly people as the house is
1 level. The pool has steps leading into the shallow end
for easy access for young and old.
The pool man and
gardener come weekly so everything is kept in order.
